For the guest who stay in The Cliff Bungalows on the next day after Full Moon night, have to accept for any noises from the party near by without any compensation.

Pool Terrace and Pool Villa will be ready for sale from 1 November 2008 onwards.



• Full pre-payment is required.
• Taxi service for Haad Rin Pier to Coco Hut and from Coco Hut to Haad Rin Pier is free of charge. Customer need to contact the resort when they arrive at the pier and the resort will pick you up in 10 minutes.
• Free transit Service between Cocohut to Haa Rin Pier and Cocohut to Thong SaLa Pier-- for guest of Beach Front Pool Villa and Pool Terrace only.
• All room rates are INCLUSIVE OF AMERICAN BREAKFAST for 2 persons.
• All room rates are for 2 persons sharing in a room. An extra person will be charge 700 THB per night, and 2500 Baht per night for Pool Terrace and Pool Villa, which includes one American breakfast and mattress.
• Free of charge for child under 12 years old sharing in a same room with parents without extra bed and excluding breakfast. ABF charge will be 50% discount.
• Baby cot is available for free of charge.
• Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
• Safety deposit box is available in each room.

• Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 6 nights, and arrival date is at least 5 days before Full Moon date.
• Compulsory Cocktails on the day before Full Moon 750 Baht per person.
• Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay 7 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 19th December only.
• Gala Dinner on the 25th December (No compulsory) 1,200 Baht per person.
• New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 26th December only.
• Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner 2,900 Baht per person.

• After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
• Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
• If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
• The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
• For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
• If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
  

• All prices are quoted are in Thai Baht.
• In all circumstances Phangan Info Co. Ltd charges a minimum credit card service fee of 500 Baht for making a reservation. There are no charges for deposits paid by bank transfer.
• Phangan Info Co. Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/payment, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
