Room rate INCLUDE BREAKFAST
Rate for Penthouse two bedrooms is 4-6 pax maximum
Check-in time after 13.00 pm. Check-out Time before 10.00 am.
No Show or Early check out or Unused nights will be charged for the entire reservation.
All Room Types are for 2 persons. Extra bed surcharge 1,000 Baht includes breakfast, maximum of 1 extra bed per bed room and maximum occupancy 3 persons per bed room. (extra bed is not applicable with Pool Villa Beachfront)
Rates for Penthouse with Two Bedrooms are based on double occupancy. No. of occupancy is 4 to 4+1 extra beds maximum.
Wi Fi internet Access (Charge)
Free use of the center swimming pool from 9 am to 8 pm.???????
Water in all swimming pool and all hydro spa tub is Thailand room temperature

Transfer
Free first one way share car pick up from Thong Sala Pier on arrival date at 13.00hrs (car will leave at 13.00hrs), only when the details of arrival attached with voucher. Out of the time 200 Baht per person each way.
Transfers from other Pier to the Resort is 400 Baht per person each way.
The Resort reserves the right to adjust without notice the pier transfer charges to reflect changes in gasoline prices.

Child Policy
Free of charge for the 1 child under 12 yrs sharing room with parents existing bed & Compulsory Breakfast 175.-THB per child
Every child who need extra bed have to pay for child's extra bed 500 THB included breakfast.
Every child must be mentioned on reservation.

RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:

Full Moon Period: minimum stay 3 nights.
Peak Season: minimum stay of 6 nights is required for all accommodation type (26 Dec 2011 - 03 Jan 2012 )

THE FULL MOON PARTY DATES DO SOMETIMES CHANGE DUE TO BUDDHIST HOLIDAYS

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT:

After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case. Reservations with arrival date within 1 month of the date payment received strictly NO REFUND.
