• Full Pre Payment is required.
• The official Check-in Time after 12.00 pm. and Check-out Time before 10.00 am.
• Early Check-in and late Check-out subject to room availability.
• Late Check-out on scheduled departure date is subject to room availability. For guests using the room s on the scheduled departure date from 10 am. to 2 pm. will be charged 50% of the room rate and after 2 pm. will be charged 100%.
• No Show or Early check out or Unused nights will be charged for the entire reservation.
• All Room Type are for 2 persons. Extra mattress surcharge THB800-1000 incl. breakfast, and maximum of 2 extra mattresses per room.
• Free transfer from Tong Sala Pier 12:00 pm. - 1.00 pm, other time THB200 per person each way and minimum 2 persons. Transfer one guest, 2 person price required.
• Transfers from Haad Rin areas to the resort THB400 per person each way and minimum 3 people. Transfers one or two guests, 3 person price required.
• Maximum occupancy for every room except Penthouse is 5 persons, Penthouse is 6 persons
• All Villas have Outdoor Hydro Spa Tub and Beach-Pool Villa also has private swimming pool.
• Hair Dryer is available for every room types except Superior Hotel Rooms.

• No charge for the first child under12 years sharing room with one or two adults using existing bed without breakfast, optional breakfast 175 THB fro set menu or a la carte.
• And every child must be mentioned on reservation.

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during Full Moon Period.
• A minimum stay of 5 nights is required during Peak Season, X mas and New Year period.
• Compulsory gala dinner on 24 Dec.2008 and 31 Dec.2008 adult THB2000, child THB1000 each.
• Compulsory gala dinner on 24 Dec.2009and 31 Dec. 2009 adult THB2500, child THB1500 each.

• After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
• Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
• If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
• The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
• For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
• If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
  

• All prices are quoted are in Thai Baht.
• In all circumstances Phangan Info Co. Ltd charges a minimum credit card service fee of 500 Baht for making a reservation. There are no charges for deposits paid by bank transfer.
• Phangan Info Co. Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/payment, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
