Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only. New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date is not later than the 30th December only. Green Peace Bungalows Rules & Regulations 1. Occupants are required to complete the registration form for check-in and out on their behalf. Occupants’ passport OR 3,000THB is required to be deposit at the reception during the stay. It will be return when check out. 2. Occupants are advised to do a self-check and acknowledge the inventory list upon check-in and to report any discrepancies and damages to the staff at the Bungalow Reception within 2 hours upon check-in. Otherwise the Resort Management shall consider all items accounted for and in good condition. 3. Upon check-out, a joint inventory check will be conducted by the Housekeeping Supervisor with the Occupant. 4. Check out early is non-refundable in any case. 5. Occupants are not allowed to sell the room to others without permission. 6. Number of people indicated in the booking only are permitted to stay overnight in each bungalow. Third parties are strictly not allowed to stay overnight at the guest room. 7. Third parties’ belonging is not allowed to deposit in guest room without permission due to security reason. 8. Please give bungalows at least 1 day prior to check out date. 9. Body Painting is not allowed in room. In case of stain occurred during the stay, guest will be fined for damage.
