**Guest stay in The Cliff Bungalow on Sunday or next day after Full Moon night has to accept for any noise from the party nearby without any compensation.**
- Full pre-payment is required.
- Free Transfer from/to Haad Rin Pier. Please contact resort at least 1 day before arrival.
- Private transfer from Thongsala Pier maximum 10 people, 1000 Baht per way.
- All room rates are INCLUSIVE OF AMERICAN BREAKFAST for 2 persons.
- All room rates are for 2 persons sharing in a room.
- An extra person charged 800 THB/ night, and 1100 Baht/ night for Pool Terrace, Junior Pool Villa and Pool Villa, includes one American breakfast and mattress.
- Free of charge for first child under 5 years old. Second child under 5 yrs will be charged 200 Bht/night.

- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date is at least 1 days before Full Moon date.
- Compulsory Cocktails on the day before Full Moon 850 THB per person and 400 THB per child during 6-12 year old.
- Christmas & New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date is before 24th Dec.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2017 3,500 Baht per person and 1,750 THB per child during 6 -12 year old.
