    Full Moon Booking is Non Refundable in any cases.

  • Full pre-payment is required.
  • 11.00 A.M Checkout Time.
  • Safety deposit box available at reception.
  • All room prices are EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
  • All room rates are for 2 persons sharing a room.
  • Extra Bed/Extra Person will be charged 400 THB for a/c room and 200THB for fan room per night. Maximum 1 extra bed/person per room.
  • Free of charge for child under 12 sharing a room with parents without an extra bed and breakfast.
  • No Baby Cot available.

RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
  • Full Moon November minimum stay 3 nights only ! (23-25 Nov will be applied with Full Moon Period rate)
  • Full Moon Period (3 nights before and after Full Moon Date) Reservation: A minimum stay is 6 nights.
  • Christmas and New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 10 nights. New Year Period is 24 December 2013 - 3 January 2014.
