RESORT BOOKING DETAILS:
**Extra charge on 3rd February 2015 at 6700 Baht per room.**


**The above rates are per room per night and inclusive of 7% VAT and 10% Service Charge.**
  • The maximum occupancy for any room type is 3 persons, except for Santhiya Grand Villa is 6 persons.
  • All room rates are INCLUSIVE OF BUFFET BREAKFAST (maximum 2 person per room).
  • Extra person surcharge 2,100 THB / night (Adult) including ABF and day bed.
  • Children 2-11 years old sharing with parents (without extra bed): compulsory breakfast charged at 325 Baht per day.
  • Baby cot is free of charge and must be requested at the time of reservation.
  • A maximum 2 adults and 2 children or maximum 3 adults in a room.
  • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs.(2 pm)
  • Check-out time: 12:00 hrs. (12.00 noon)
  • Pre-booked day-use until 6.00 pm. will be charged at 50 % of contracted rate and 100 % after 6.00 pm.
  • Child at 12 years of age and below sharing same room with their parents without extra bed, ABF at THB 325 per child per day will be charged. Maximum 2 children in a room.
  • Safety deposit box is available in every room type.

    Speed Boat Transfer, Special Price ** reservation must be made minimum 7 days in advance or at the time of making reservation, otherwise the normal fare will be applied automatically.**
  • Speed Boat Transfer 1,500 THB /adult/ one way and 750 THB / child / one way)
  • Schedule: Santhiya Resort -Petcharat Pier Koh Samui 9.00 am, 12.00 P.M. and 3.00pm
  • Schedule: Petcharat Pier Koh Samui - Santhiya Resort 10.30am, 1.30 P.M. and 5.00 pm
  • Private Boat 12,000 THB for maximum 8 persons. Departure time 06.00 am. – 8 pm.
  • The schedules are subjected to change without prior notice or transfer will be done by local ferry/catamaran and Santhiya's land transfer in Koh Phangan and non-refund.

RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
  • Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 4 nights, and arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
  • Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 4 nights, and arrival is on or before the 23rd December only.
  • New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 4 nights, and arrival date is between the 28th December 2010 - 1st January 2011 only.
  • Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner:
    - 6,500 THB per person (Adult)
    - 3,250 THB per person (Child under 12)
