RESORT BOOKING DETAILS:

No smoking in property
Around the moon parties, there may be some music from local bars/parties.

Full pre-payment is required.
Copy of passports will be required
Secure safety storage of belongings in main villa
No smoking in the rooms.
A key deposit of 1,000 THB will be taken per room
A damage deposit of 10,000 THB will be paid on check-in
Any linen damage, damage to the room or facilities e.g. by party paint or breakage will be charged at cost price and taken from the damage deposit
Check in after 1pm
Check out by 10am
There is extra charge for the Electric (7.5 Baht per unit) and Water (24 Baht per unit) according to the real use from meter.There will be a check up during check out.
When not maximum occupancy, then the second and/or third bedrooms will be locked without access and bedding/towels will only be provided for the occupied bedroom(s). If people booking want separate rooms then they must pay for 2 rooms price.

Extra Beds available for the group that over 6 people
A provision for 4 extra persons utilizing two extra beds (Queen size airbeds with bedding) with one to be located in the upstairs bedroom and one in the larger downstairs bedroom to allow a maximum number of persons to stay 10 persons at any time.

Extra bed cost (2 person can share one Queen size bed):

Low Season 1000 THB per night per person
High Season 1200 THB per night per person
Peak Season: 1500 THB per night per person

Prices negotiable for long term rentals more than 2 weeks.

RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:

Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 4 nights.
Non-Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 2 nights.
Half Moon/Black Moon/Jungle Experience: A minimum stay is 3 nights.
Peak Season: 16th December 2015 – 25th January 2016: Minimum stay 10 nights
**Charu Bay Villas do not accept bookings over this Xmas/New Year period unless the whole villa is rented out.
