All accommodation was built along the white sandy beach of Haad Khom while still under the shade of the vegetation.
As Haad Khom beach is quite remote, it has yet to be connected to the main electricity supply on the island and so Ocean View and other resorts in the area have to run the electric on a generator and is only available during the hours of 6pm.-7am. The sea breeze tends to keep you cool enough during these hours, and this can make a perfect opportunity for those romantic candle-lit nights.
