| RESORT BOOKING DETAILS: |
- Full pre-payment is required.
- No refund on early check-out, late check-in, or no show guests.
- Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
- All room prices INCLUDE BREAKFAST.
- Extra bed price is 1,000 THB (Breakfast included).
- No charge for children under 12 years old sharing a room with parents with no extra bed. Breakfast surcharge for children is 125 THB per person.
- Baby cot is available.
- Transfer service from/ to Thong Sala pier to/ from the Resort is available at 100 THB per person (One way) at 12:00-13:00 hrs. Private transfer 800 THB/ Car for one way (Before 18:00 hrs.) Private transfer after 18:00 hrs. will charge 1,000 THB/ Car for one way.
- Transfer from Samui Airport by speed boat including air-conditioned van is 6,000 THB for one way for 2 persons, extra person will be charged at 1,000 THB.
- Safety deposit box is available.

| RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS: |
- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay = 3 nights, and arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay = 3 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
- Christmas Eve Compulsory Gala Dinner on 24/12/2004: 2200 THB per adult, 950 THB per child (3 - 12 years old)
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay = 5 nights, and arrival date must be between the 27th-30th December only.
- New Year Eve Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31/12/2004: 2200 THB per adult, 950 THB per child (3 - 12 years old)

| WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT: |
- After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
- Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
- If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
- The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
- For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
- If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
