**Electronic safe boxes, tea & coffe facilities, telephones, bath robes, beach sandals, towels, umbrellas and hair dryers are provided in all rooms and daily room make-up.**
Full pre-payment is required.
Transfer from Thong Sala Pier to the Resort is available at 200 THB per person departing around 12:00 - 13:20 hrs., from the Resort to Thong Sala Pier departing at 10:00 hrs. Transfer at other time will be charged at 800 THB per trip but not later than 18:00 hrs.
All room prices INCLUDE BREAKFAST.
Extra bed is 450 THB (Adult) per night including breakfast and 250 THB (Children) per night excluding breakfast. Maximum 2 children for 1 extra bed per room.
Baby cot is available upon request.

Check-in time: Before 21:00 hrs.
Check-out time: 11:30 hrs.
Child up to 2 years old will not be charged.
No charge for children aged 2 - 12 years old sharing a bungalow with parents without an extra bed and breakfast. Safety deposit box is available in every room type.

- Full Moon/Christmas/ New Year Reservations: A minimum stay is 3 nights.
- Compulsory Christmas Dinner is 1,800 THB for adult and 800 THB for children (2 - 12 years old).
- Compulsory New Year Dinner is 2,600 THB for adult and 1,300 THB for children (2 - 12 years old).

| WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT: |
- After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
- Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
- If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
- The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
- For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
- If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
