    Santhiya Speed Boat Timetables:

  • Transfer at 3,000 THB for adult and 1,000 THB for child from 4 - 11 years old, and it's complimentary for child under 4. For children 12 up will be charge for adult rate.
  • *Rate is for Round Trip per person.*

    Conditions:

  • For transfer request, please contact the Resort at least 1 day before arrival.
  • Transfer will be done by Ferry or Catamaran and Santhiya automobile in case of bad weather conditions or speed boat technical problem. Ferry or Catamaran timetables depend upon local operators and safety concern, and are subject to change without prior notice.

    RESORT BOOKING DETAILS:
    **The above rates are per room per night and inclusive of 7% VAT and 10% Service Charge.**
    • The maximum occupancy for any room type is 3 persons, except for Santhiya Grand Villa is 6 persons.
    • All room rates are INCLUSIVE OF FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST for 1 or 2 occupancies.
    • Extra person surcharge for adult is 2,000 THB per night and 1,000 THB per night for child under 12 with a sofa-bed provided in any type of accommodation. This surcharge is inclusive of breakfast.
    • Baby cot available on request.
    • Maximum of one rollaway extra bed allowed per room, suite or bungalow.
    • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs.
    • Check-out time: 12:00 hrs. 50% of room rate will be charged to rooms used from 12:00 - 18:00 hrs. on the day of departure. Full room rate will be applied to rooms occupied beyond 18:00 hrs.
    • Children under 4 years old will not be charged for either accommodation or food.
    • Safety deposit box is available in every room type.
    • Speed Boat Transfer charge 3000THB per person for round trip and 1000 THB per child include pick up from Samui Airport or hotels in Samui. The schedules are subjected to change without prior notice and non-refund.

    RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
    • Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
    • Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival is on or before the 23rd December only.
    • New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 4 nights, and arrival date is between the 28th - 30th December only.
    • Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner:
      - 6,000 THB per person (Adult)
      - 3,000 THB per person (Child under 12)

    WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT:
    • After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
    • Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
    • If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
    • The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
    • For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
    • If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
