RESORT BOOKING DETAILS:
  • Full pre-payment is required.
  • Room rates are for 2 persons per room and INCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST for 2 persons.
  • No extra bed available.
  • Baby Cot is available upon request.
  • 3rd persons are allowed to stay in Deluxe (1D/1S) Rooms only. Extra person surcharge is 700 THB per night (Adult) including breakfast, and 350 THB per night (Child aged 6 - 12).
  • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs.
  • Check-out time: 12:00 hrs. 50% of room rate per night will be applied to late check-out between 12:00 - 18:00 hrs. and subject to room availability. Room occupied after 18:00 hrs. will be charged in full and subject to room availability.
  • No Show: fully charged
  • Safety deposit box is available.
Transfer:
  • Private transfer from/to Thong Sala Pier-Havana Beach between 07:00 - 19:00 hrs. at 800 THB / way (max 4 persons).
  • Private transfer from/to Haad Rin Pier t-Havana Beach between 07:00 - 19:00 hrs. at 1200 THB/ way (max 4 persons).
  • After transfer timing plus 400 THB per way.

RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
  • Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
  • Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
  • New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, (27Dec-31Dec)
  • 500 THB extra service charge per room per night on 30th and 31st Dec.
