RESORT BOOKING DETAILS:
Resort will start to renovate the Garden View Bungalow to be Deluxe Villa from 15th May 2017 - 30th June 2017
  • Full pre-payment is required.
  • All room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and breakfast for 2 persons except Triple Room breakfast for 3 persons.
  • Triple Room Rate is per 3 person per room.
  • Extra Person surcharge 700 Baht per night for Non Full Moon Period, 1000 Baht per night for Full Moon Period and 1500 Baht per night for Peak Season.
  • Only one extra bed can be added per room.
  • Baby cot is available with free of charge.
  • Child under 12 years sharing a same bed with parents is free of charge, maximum 1 child per room. ABF for child 3-12 years is 150 THB
  • Check-out time: Before 12:00 hrs. Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged at 50% of the room rate if check-out prior to 6.00 p.m. And at full rate after 6.00 p.m.
  • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs.
  • Safety deposit box is available in every room type.
  • Body Paint or any color are not allowed to dirty in the room, building, liner and all the furnitures. If we found the guests will be fined.

RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
  • Normal a minimum stay 2 nights
  • Full Moon Period: minimum stay 5 nights
  • Compulsory Full Moon Dinner 750 Baht per person.
  • New Year: minimum stay 6 nights
  • Compulsory New Year Dinner (30 December 2017) 3,000 THB per person. Not allow check out on 30 December and no check in on 31 December.
