*Suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and ability to ride a bike.
The distances we cover is between 13 to 34 km, depends on the tour.
*This trip is suitable for children 5+ who can ride a bicycle.
*This trip can provide a trailer bike for younger children. Children under 5 years old are not recommended.
*Please make sure your travel insurance covers you for adventure sports.
*We use 2 different types of mountain bikes opposed to road bikes as most of our tours include some off road trails. We have chosen Trek mountain bikes as they make high quality frames and use only the best components. All our bikes come with 24 Shimano gears, terrain off road tires and adjustable saddles, which are regularly serviced and kept in top condition.
The maximum is 10 people. A group of 5 or more will have 2 guides on the tour.

Koh Phangan has two national parks, a lake and 80% of the island is untouched mountainous terrain. It is surrounded by pristine beaches and many dirt tracks taking you to places the general tourists never see. The environment is simply outstanding.
There is farming internally in the island with ponds (seasonal), rivers and marshland encapsulating a fantastic variety of wildlife such a buffalo, cattle, deer, wildfowl, wild boar, egrets, monitor lizards, monkeys - basically, a plethora of bird life, mammals, beasts and reptiles.
This makes Koh Phangan the ideal choice for those looking for adventure in places most tourists will never see.

At the meeting point you will be provided with some light fruit snacks & water too. Then we match the bicycle to your size and needs and provide a brief overview of the workings of the bicycle. We then explain about the route we will be taking that day.
